Lawyer specialized in Labor & Employment Law, with relevant work in litigation and consultancy for large businesses and industries, such as Financial Institutions, Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Oil&Gas Companies, regarding the definition of the strategy, preparation of motions and pleading of interests on judicials hearings at the Labor Courts. Experienced on M&A operations, analyzing liabilities. Also, Maria Luiza works with executive compensation, assisting  Companies with legal analysis about compensation’s plans.
