Professional experience

Mellina’s practice focuses on corporate criminal law, Compliance, and Investigations, providing both litigation and consulting services. She assists clients in conducting internal investigations, drafting legal opinions and technical memos, as well as in due diligence and risk assessments related to criminal matters, with experience in complex cases involving multiple parties.

Throughout her career, Mellina has gained significant experience advising companies across various sectors, including hospitality, energy, manufacturing, and consumer goods, including high-profile cases and transactions involving multiple jurisdictions
