Professional experience

Raphael Borges practices in the Administrative and Regulatory area, providing legal counsel to clients on consulting and litigation matters, with a special focus on the Telecommunications and Audiovisual sectors. Raphael provides legal advice to national and international clients before regulatory agencies, with emphasis on the National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL).

He also has regulatory experience in the Broadcasting sector, having worked in a large media company.
