• Drafting and review of petitions in WTO litigations related to telecommunications;
• Counseling on drafting codes of self-regulation and best practices in addition to governance policies, including those related to privacy and data protection;
• Due diligence in the post-privatization period;
• Legal counselling to non-profit entities and with the incorporation of non-profit associations in the telecommunications industry.
