Professional experience

Leticia Provedel is an author and a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, digital law, entertainment, technology, and related matters.

She works in the management of patents, trademarks, cases of unfair competition, contracts involving multinationals and large companies, and in litigation, where she has obtained significant judicial precedents.

In the field of copyright and entertainment law, she works on conflict resolution and contracts, provides advice to artists and companies in business structuring, asset and succession organization, accounting audits, contract renegotiation with record labels and publishers, public performance, acquisition and sale of intangible assets in the copyright area, corporate restructuring, and label launches.

In digital law, she advises large companies and digital platforms on conflict resolution and prevention, providing consultancy on issues related to e-commerce and marketplaces, digital compliance, digital litigation, online campaigns, digital content and social media, domain names, influencers, digital platforms, music distribution, and artificial intelligence.

Active in matters related to new technologies, she supports companies in implementing internal intellectual property and innovation policies, employee complaints and disputes involving patents, and measures to stimulate and ensure compliance in innovation.

She is the author of several articles and recently published the books “Inteligência Artificial e Tecnologias Inovadoras” and “Direito Autoral e Entretenimento – Novas perspectivas jurídicas”. She has extensive experience in national and international entities.
