Professional experience

Sofia has extensive advisory experience in various segments of corporate law, with a focus on drafting contracts and everyday corporate acts, assisting in the execution of real estate projects, working in regulated markets, overseeing mergers and acquisitions projects, among others. She also has experience and involvement in judicial and administrative proceedings.

She was a foreign associate at CCA Law in Lisbon, Portugal, from September 2023 to March 2024.

• Master’s in Financial Law from the University of São Paulo (USP);
• Postgraduate in Civil Procedural Law from UniAmérica;
• Bachelor’s in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP).
