Professional experience

Vitor Barcellos practices in the corporate law area, both in consultancy and litigation, providing counseling to national and international clients in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of joint ventures, and shareholder disputes.

He is also experienced in counseling clients in real estate operations and in estate and succession planning for family-owned companies.

 

Education

• Master’s student in Private Law at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
• Extension Program from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) – 2021;
• Bachelor of Laws from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos) – 2020.
