Professional experience
Maria Carolina Bichara works in the area of litigation, at the administrative, judicial and/or extrajudicial levels, with special emphasis on civil litigation, mediation and arbitration.
Her experience involves direct participation in complex national and international litigation related to different sectors of the economy, such as shipbuilding, energy, oil and gas, capital markets, pulp and paper, insurance, and retail.
Her practice also includes counseling national and international clients in lato sensu consultancy matters, and she also participates in relevant corporate transactions.
