The company acquired the operation of HRTech Convenia, a benefits brokerage that serves more than 40 clients and covers more than 11,000 lives. The transaction sets Pipo to extend its portfolio to 80,000 lives covered and 220 corporate clients.

Laura has over ten years of experience in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution. She has worked in renowned national and international law firms in Paris and Buenos Aires. In addition, she acts in arbitration entities such as the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), where she coordinates the Investment Arbitration Study Group since 2019.
